As a veteran in the Talent Acquisition and Project Management (eSports) Space, I thrive in teaching effective strategies that enrich personal development, and leadership development, and incorporating artificial intelligence to keep up with the trends.

Growing up in the challenging environment of Detroit, MI I navigated a childhood marked by poverty and the absence of a father, being raised by a resilient single mother. Despite enduring the hardships of teenage pregnancy, I faced my trials head-on, including a life-altering moment in my youth that tested my strength and resolve.
