Biography
Nagham Alsamari, founder of Imkan Leadership Development, has dedicated her career to transforming workplaces through effective leadership. With over 17 years of experience in educational leadership and staff mentoring, she has honed her skills in fostering growth and optimizing organizational processes. Her background as a teacher and principal provides a solid foundation for her expertise, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and leadership. Nagham holds degrees from the University of Michigan Dearborn and the University of Phoenix, emphasizing her dedication to educational excellence.
In addition to leading Imkan Leadership Development, Nagham is certified in the Maxwell Method of DISC, further enhancing her leadership training and coaching capabilities. She serves as the Director of Membership for the National Speakers Association of Michigan, a Board Member of the Dearborn Rotary Club, and President of her Toastmasters Club. She is also an Area Director and an award-winning Toastmaster.
